OnCore Training and Support


For system security and compliance, OnCore training is required for all users before access can be granted.  To request an account and view training requirements for the different levels of access, view the “OnCore Introduction” video through the UCSF Learning Center Portal. Once in the UC Learning Center, search “OnCore,” find “OnCore Introduction” in the results on the right-hand side of the page, and click on the corresponding green [Start] button. Click here for additional information about OnCore access roles and training requirements.


If your study team would like to use OnCore for data capture, financial management, or biospecimen management, a member of the OnCore team can meet with you to outline the system’s features, discuss your project’s needs, and outline the process for integrating OnCore into your research operations.  Please contact the OnCore Help Desk to discuss your research project, and a member of our support team will contact you to set up an initial meeting.
